Clinical Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

As Clinical Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming clinical insights and technical functionality into clear, compelling, and accessible marketing materials for physicians, hospitals, and industry partners. You’ll take the lead in developing digital campaigns, help creating scientifically sound content, and supporting Nuclivision’s presence at major conferences and events.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical insight, digital communication, and field marketing—ideal for someone who understands the healthcare space and enjoys building awareness, trust, and engagement with highly specialized audiences.

Nuclivision is a fast-growing medical imaging software startup, based in Ghent, Belgium, focused on making nuclear medicine safer, more efficient, and more accessible. Founded in 2022, our AI-powered solutions are designed to help nuclear medicine physicians optimize their workflows and improve patient care.

Our flagship product, Nuclarity, is an AI software that enhances PET image quality, enabling up to 50% faster scans and 50% lower radiotracer doses. This translates into higher patient throughput, lower operational costs, and improved safety—without compromising diagnostic accuracy.

We collaborate with leading nuclear medicine centers across Europe and are building a strong clinical and scientific presence to support the adoption of Nuclarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinical marketing campaigns that highlight Nuclarity’s impact on safety, efficiency, and clinical performance.
  • Create and manage content and assets across formats (e.g., brochures, posters, case studies, presentations, white papers, web and social media).
  • Coordinate Nuclivision’s presence at conferences and events, including logistics, materials, and clinician engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with clinical value, user needs, and regulatory boundaries.
  • Track market trends and competitor positioning to support strategic messaging and differentiation.
  • Contribute to product launches, customer success stories, and onboarding communications as we scale.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in clinical, scientific, or B2B marketing (preferably in MedTech, imaging, or healthcare).
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, with attention to detail when handling regulated or scientific content.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and content creation across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in nuclear medicine, radiology, radiopharma, or life sciences.
  • Experience with content marketing, SEO, and conference preparation.
  • Confident interacting with clinicians and researchers.
  • Experience in a scaling company is a strong plus.

Location: Nuclivision is headquartered in Ghent, Belgium. Remote work is supported. Quarterly travel across the EU is required.
