Role Overview
As Head of Commercial Growth, you will shape and lead the commercial strategy for Nuclarity across Europe and beyond. You will manage go-to-market efforts, support and scale the sales team, and drive revenue growth through direct commercial engagement and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with Nuclivision’s leadership team to expand market presence and ensure alignment with company goals.

Founded in 2022, we focus on helping nuclear medicine physicians optimize their workflows while making PET imaging safer, more efficient, and more accessible.
Our flagship product, Nuclarity, is a cutting-edge AI software that enhances PET image quality, enabling faster scan times and lower radiotracer doses. With up to 50% faster scans and up to 50% dose reduction, Nuclarity directly translates into higher patient throughput, reduced operational costs, and improved patient safety—all while maintaining diagnostic accuracy.
By selling Nuclarity, you’re not just offering a tool; you’re providing nuclear medicine centers with a clear financial advantage: increased efficiency, cost savings on radiotracers, and an enhanced patient experience. We work closely with leading nuclear medicine centers across Europe, ensuring our software meets real clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market, sales, and pricing strategies across key markets and customer segments.
- Co-build and lead the sales team across Europe, ensuring consistent performance and commercial alignment.
- Take an active role in customer acquisition and deal closing to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, customers, and strategic partners.
- Represent Nuclivision at international conferences and trade shows, and support market development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial experience in MedTech, or 8+ years in general B2B.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record in sales, strategy, and market expansion, with strong references to back it up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in nuclear medicine, radiology, or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Established network within the medical imaging or radiopharma space.
- Background in a startup or scale-up environment.

Location: Nuclivision is a startup company headquartered in Ghent, Belgium. We offer remote working options. Traveling within the EU region is required.
